Column Cushion & Racking Protector

This column cushion is designed for placement on warehouse pallet racking and small pillars, helping to protect both the structures and people or vehicles from impact. The racking protector is 450 x 135mm to cover a large enough area for protection without obscuring any items on shelving or blocking view in car parks. The 160mm depth doesn't protrude enough to impact vehicles or pedestrians whilst in use. The foam is 25.5mm thick in the front to provide ample impact protection!

A column cushion, like warehouse racking protector, is designed for pillars or racking up to 80mm wide. No tools are needed for attachment, with both Velcro straps and self-adhesive strips used for installation. The (2) included self-adhesive strips are able to stick on most surface types, just make sure debris is removed prior to installation for proper adhesion. The Velcro straps are used to tighten the bumper and keep it properly secured. The pillar protection is bright yellow in appearance to be easily visible and seen from a distance to warn of an impediment to help prevent impact from occuring.
