Lead Times:

This Product does not SHIP SAME DAY.

Although this is a stock product, please allow a 8 working day lead time for the completion of printing. This lead time commences only after we have received proof approval following artwork inspection. Print ready artwork must conform to our artwork guidelines. We cannot be held responsible for delays in lead times resulting from failure to supply print ready artwork that meets these requirements.

Printing:

PRINT READY ARTWORK MUST BE SUPPLIED. To ensure the shortest possible lead times, please review our artwork guidelines.

• This product is printed using dye-sublimation. This means that the ink is bled through from one side of the material. The result is that your artwork is visible from both sides, but will be a reverse image when viewed from one side.
• For double-sided prints, a blocking sheet is applied between the prints to ensure the bleed is not visible from the opposite side.
• If your job is colour critical, please provide a physical print sample with PMS colours noted.
• All prices are based on single artwork images. The printing of different artwork layouts for bulk orders may incur an extra cost.
• Print products are non-returnable items. Weathering, stains, fraying & tears are excluded from warranty.

Digital Graphic Proof:

After receiving your Graphics / Artwork file and once approved by our art department we will send you a Digital Proof within 24 hours. Printing will not begin until we receive approval of the Digital Proof and then the 8 Day [Business Days] completion lead time will begin. We cannot be held responsible for delays in lead times due to failure of responding to approving proofs.
